Effective August 21, 2026

Giessel Wealth Advisors, LLC ("GWA") recognizes that our relationships with current and prospective clients are based on integrity and trust. We work hard to maintain your privacy and to preserve the private nature of our relationship with you.

We place the highest value on the information you share with us. We want our clients to understand what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your personal information.

Why We Collect Your Information

We gather information about you so that we can:

  • Help design and implement the investment and financial planning-related services we provide to you; and

  • Comply with the federal and state laws and regulations that govern us.

What Information We Collect and Maintain

We may collect the following types of nonpublic personal information about you:

  • Information from our initial meeting or subsequent consultations about your identity, such as your name, contact information, Social Security number, date of birth, and financial information;

  • Information that we generate to service your financial needs; and

  • Information that we may receive from third parties in connection with the services we provide to you.

What Information We Disclose

We are permitted by law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to unaffiliated third parties in certain circumstances.

GWA may disclose a client's nonpublic personal information:

  1. To individuals and/or entities not affiliated with GWA, including, but not limited to, third parties that assist in the supervision or management of your account(s), such as sub-advisers, account custodians, record keepers, attorneys, and similar service providers;

  2. To service providers contracted by us in order to perform duties in furtherance of the client's engagement with GWA, such as client management systems, archiving technology vendors, and cloud service providers;

  3. To your authorized representative or power of attorney;

  4. When we receive your prior consent;

  5. In connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of our business; and

  6. As otherwise permitted in accordance with applicable federal and/or state privacy regulations.

We will not sell your personal information.

No contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If GWA changes its client privacy policy in a way that would allow it to disclose nonpublic personal information not otherwise covered under applicable law, GWA will provide clients with an opportunity to opt out of such disclosure.

If you voluntarily provide your mobile number and expressly consent to receive text messages from GWA, we may send service-related messages concerning appointment reminders, scheduling, document or information requests, responses to inquiries, account-service matters, and other communications relevant to your relationship with the firm.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing advisory services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your communications, appointments, requests, and service needs.

Messaging Charges

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message from us.

After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message. Additional text messages will stop unless you subsequently provide new consent.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent Are Never Shared for Marketing

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, mobile information, text-message opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The information-sharing practices described elsewhere in this policy expressly exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, rented to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates.

A messaging service provider may process a mobile number only to transmit communications on our behalf and may not use that information for its own marketing.
